At the moment, I am reading Execution by Larry Bossidy & Ram Charan. I just finished reading Who Says Elephants Can't Dance by Louis V. Gerstner. This book has made me learn how culture plays a vital role in making companies grow.

While travelling I prefer light reading and fictional books. The latest book I have read while traveling is The White Tiger by Arvind Adiga.

Not yet but I plan to write a book on software testing practices.

Have your reading habits changed in the past four or five years? If so, how....
Yes, my reading habits have changed significantly. Earlier, I used to read everyday before going to bed or whenever I was travelling. Now however, I spend most of my time on conference calls at night so it is hard to find time to read at night; but I do read when I travel.
One book you cherish that you received as a gift... and who gave it to you. First, Break All the Rules by Marcus Buckingham and Curt Coffman. Jordan Dea-Mattson, who was my manager at Adobe Systems had gifted this book to me.
