Mukesh Sharma, QA InfoTech

Mukesh Sharma, Founder & CEO, QA InfoTechWhat are you reading at the moment? What did you recently finish reading? What have you learnt from it?
At the moment, I am reading Execution by Larry Bossidy & Ram Charan.  I just finished reading Who Says Elephants Can't Dance by Louis V. Gerstner. This book has made me learn how culture plays a vital role in making companies grow.

The one book all must read...
I would recommend Principle-Centered Leadership by Stephen R. Covey.

One book everyone in your sector should pick up...
I would like to recommend two books — The Art Of Software Testing by Glenford J. Myers and How To Break Web Software by Mike Andrews, James A. Whittaker.

What kind of books would you normally buy while travelling?
While travelling I prefer light reading and fictional books. The latest book I have read while traveling is The White Tiger by Arvind Adiga.

Have you written any books? If not, do you plan to write in future?
Not yet but I plan to write a book on software testing practices.

The books you grew up with? What did you like most about it?
Indrajaal Comics, Tinkle, Tin Tin. The most excited thing was these adventurous and mystery books help to boost your imagination power.

Principle-Centered LeadershipYour book shelf consists of....
Books such as , Now, Discover Your Strengths , First, Break All The Rules , Principle-Centered Leadership , Execution , Peopleware , The Art of Software Testing and How To Break Web Software.

Where do you shop for books?
Amazon.com, Borders, Barnes and Nobles

Have your reading habits changed in the past four or five years? If so, how....
Yes, my reading habits have changed significantly. Earlier, I used to read everyday before going to bed or whenever I was travelling. Now however, I spend most of my time on conference calls at night so it is hard to find time to read at night; but I do read when I travel.

One book you cherish that you received as a gift... and who gave it to you.
First, Break All the Rules by Marcus Buckingham and Curt Coffman. Jordan Dea-Mattson, who was my manager at Adobe Systems had gifted this book to me.
