What are you reading at the moment? What did you recently finish reading? What have you learnt from it?
Outliers: The Story Of Success By Malcolm Gladwell. He talks in great detail about the reasons why some people succeed in life and lead a remarkably productive and impactful life, whereas some never reach their full potential.
In this book, you could find the finer details on what exactly made some people successful, how they harnessed extraordinary opportunities and hidden advantages at the right time.

Built To Last: Successful Habits Of Visionary Companies by James C. Collins, Jim Collins, Jerry I. Porras is one book all leaders must read as it highlights how one can create an organisational structure which could stand the test of time and last for generations.
One book everyone in your sector should pick up...
The Snowball: Warren Buffett And The Business Of Life by Alice Schroeder is one book I would recommend. This book is full of pragmatic business wisdom; a great read, especially in the present economic downturn.
What kind of books would you normally buy while travelling?
I generally like to read The Economist while travelling. It is very well written and provides me with a concise yet extremely opinionated and insightful summary of global business and political developments.
Have you written any books? If not, do you plan to write in future?
I haven't written any books, but I would like to capture my analysis around the impact of the human psychology on the functioning and long-term success of any business.
The books you grew up with? What did you like most about it?
I grew up reading Tin Tin and still have the whole collection with me. I love to travel, and as a kid also I could relate with the character so much because he would go and see all kinds of new places. Looking back today, I feel maybe I got my passion to travel from there itself.

Where do you shop for books?
Given the convenience of online shopping, the ability to browse the first few pages and the associated reviews and the technology to discover new books that match my taste, I mostly shop using online stores like Amazon.com.
Has your reading habits changed in the past four or five years? If so, how....
Given a paucity of time, my reading habits have gone through a dramatic transformation. I am less inclined to pick up longer books, and gravitate towards ones that are shorter. I have also started experimenting with on-to-go technologies like audible books on the iPod/iPhone.
One book you cherish that you received as a gift... and who gave it to you.
Dilbert 2.0: 20 Years of Dilbert by Scott Adams is a special book to me as it was given to me by a colleague. We should never overlook the lighter side of life!
